She has over 18 years of health care experience, and is passionate about mental well-being and educating others on recognizing signs and symptoms of mental illness and looking at all available treatment options. Sarah is a past BIO Girls Mentor and a member of the TEARS* Advisory Board at Altru Health System.

Gatorade Player of the Year Designates BIO Girls for Play it Forward Grant

Noah Breker, a junior at Armstrong High School, Plymouth, MN has been awarded the Gatorade Cross Country Player of the Year 2021-2022 for Minnesota for outstanding performance in cross country. With this prestigious award, winners can designate a $1,000 grant to a 501(c)3 youth sports organization through the Play it Forward Program of the Gatorade Foundation. Breker selected Fargo, ND-based BIO Girls, Inc. to receive his grant.
