Gatorade Player of the Year Designates BIO Girls for Play it Forward Grant
Noah Breker, a junior at Armstrong High School, Plymouth, MN has been awarded the Gatorade Cross Country Player of the Year 2021-2022 for Minnesota for outstanding performance in cross country. With this prestigious award, winners can designate a $1,000 grant to a 501(c)3 youth sports organization through the Play it Forward Program of the Gatorade Foundation. Breker selected Fargo, ND-based BIO Girls, Inc. to receive his grant.
Noah and his family have many connections to communities served by BIO Girls and have known a lot of girls who have benefited from BIO Girls programming.
“I chose BIO Girls as my grant donation because I wanted to support a local organization that encourages young people to run and empowers them to work hard, believe in themselves, and be kind to all. The values of BIO Girls line up with many of the values that are important to me too.”
- Noah Breker
