Noah Breker, a senior at Robbinsdale Armstrong High School, Plymouth, MN has been awarded the Gatorade Minnesota Cross Country Player of the Year 2022-2023 for outstanding performance in cross country. With this prestigious award, winners can designate a $1,000 grant to a 501(c)3 youth sports organization through the Play it Forward Program of the Gatorade Foundation. Breker selected Fargo, ND-based BIO Girls, Inc. to receive his grant. 

Amanda is a Mental Health Therapist.  In this episode, Amanda covers the mind-body connection and outlines ways to help motivate kids to exercise.
