Britani DeFoe
Transformation Coach & Founder
Brit Does Fit Coaching
Britani resides in West Fargo with her husband and 4 wildlings. She has 2 BIO Girls and 2 boys learning the power of women early in their lives. She is blessed to be a stay at home mom who has the opportunity to pursue life focused on her passions.
Britani spends the time she is not focused on her family coaching and inspiring women to crush their nutrition & fitness goals. Watching a woman prioritize her own goals after years of focusing on other things brings her SO MUCH JOY! Britani's clients inspire her every single day. Britani also spends time volunteering for organizations she feels personally connected to and whose vision match her own. BIO Girls fits this description in the most perfect way. The next generation of women in our community deserve our full attention today and she is so excited to play even the smallest role in helping them succeed.

I'm a serial optimist, brimming with joy, and over flowing with positivity. Minnesota will always be home for me, but I transplanted to ND in 2019. I have a big heart and love the people in my life, and my puppy Rinka. Growing up my report card always had notes about excessive talking. Which means I'm a connecter my nature and I strive to be a voice for those who don't have one. I believe we are given the opportunity every day to make a way for those coming up behind us. I strive to be a positive influence for the little ones in my life, and believe in showing them failing is okay, as long as you don't give up.

I have a crazy busy life with work, family and trying to fit in fun! I have 3 kids Brody 22, Devyn18 & Aurey 11 and my "boyfriend" of 24yrs - Mark. When we are not running for activites with Aurey - we LOVE to be at the lake!
Professionaly I have alway loved being part of the growth and development of the people that have reported to me as well as connecting and networking with those that could help me stretch my competencies and broaden me both personally and professionally. I have been a people leader most of my career regardless of the industry / company I have worked for. I have been fortunate to work for Target, The JM Smucker Co, Johnson & Johnson, GlaxoSmithKlein, Monsanto and Nutrien Ag Solutions - talk about untraditional path - retail, food service, pharmacetical and agriculture! I've been fortunate to work, learn and develop in all of them!
Trisha Stibbe
Blogger
3 Misters and a Sister
Trisha was born and raised in Fargo. After marrying her high school sweetheart they moved to Omaha, NE where they spent the next decade. Finally back in their hometown, Trisha and her husband Adam are raising four kids with big personalities. Twins Sam and Jack were born in 2010 at 28 weeks, thrusting Trisha and her husband into the world of special needs parenting. A few years later, in 2012, Adam and Trisha welcomed son Eli. Not content with stopping when things seemed easy, they welcomed daughter Claire into their family in 2015. Claire was a surprise for many reasons, but the biggest of all came at her birth when they were told she had Down Syndrome and a heart defect. '
Trisha is a stay-at-home-mom and spends most of her “free time” advocating for special needs and inclusion, volunteering for GiGi's Playhouse-Fargo, volunteering for BIO Girls, writing for Fargo Mom and meeting her caffeine limit by about 9:00 a.m. every day. She deals with her crazy life best with sarcasm and has found a creative outlet through her blog.
