BIO Girls to team with Essentia Health to host annual Find Your Kind 5K and Youth Run in May

FARGO — BIO Girls and Essentia Health will team up to host the annual Find Your Kind 5K and Youth Run on May 11. The event is meant to celebrate local BIO Girls participants and to raise awareness of the importance of mental health during Mental Health Awareness Month.

The event will start and finish on the Microsoft Campus, 3900 Great Plains Drive. The youth run will begin at 5 p.m., followed by a community 5K at 5:15 p.m. The cost to participate is $20 for the youth run and $50 for the community run. All proceeds will support the BIO Girls mission of improving the self-esteem of adolescent girls.
