Allegro Group and BIO Girls

Allegro Group is a results-driven consulting and talent acquisition firm, based on Fargo, ND. Led by Kara Jorvig, Allegro Group believes in the mission of BIO Girls and has seen the impact first-hand as Kara’s daughter has been involved in BIO Girls for the past 2 years.

Over the past three years, BIO Girls has grown the number of sites by 168% and the number of participants by 201%. While a blessing, this tremendous growth provides a set of challenges. BIO Girls and Allegro Group are partnering in 2020 to construct a strategic growth and talent acquisition plan that will ensure future sustainability and allow BIO Girls to continue to provide maximum impact by fulfilling its mission – to increase the self-esteem of adolescent girls.
