Meet Tara Bayerl!
Tara is our Site Director at our ROCORI, MN BIO Girls site. We are so grateful for her dedication to the BIO Girls mission! Thank you, Tara, for your time, energy, and effort in making a positive impact on girls in your community!

We asked Tara a few questions about her involvement with BIO Girls:
Why do you volunteer with BIO Girls?
“I volunteer for BIO Girls because I was looking for a program that I felt I could give back to the community and feel good about it. I feel self-esteem and personal growth are important especially raising two girls myself. I enjoy the variety that BIO Girls provides such as the life-skills lessons, Christian non-denominational devotions, and the non-competitive physical activity in the program.”
What would girls be missing without BIO Girls?
“I am a strong believer in the BIO Girls four pillars: Mental Wellness, Healthy Relationships, Leadership & Kindness.”
What is your favorite part about volunteering?
“My favorite part about BIO Girls is getting to know each of the girls. I see a difference when they first walk into the door to when we have our last session. I am very grateful!”
