2022 Bismarck Marathon Chooses BIO Girls as Beneficiary
One major component of the Bismarck Marathon’s mission is to support local charities. Specifically, supporting local charities that benefit youth, health, and wellness.
In 2022, the Bismarck Marathon board committee selected 10 beneficiaries to receive a charitable donation following the 2022 Bismarck Marathon presented by MDU Resources Group Inc. A portion of every registration will go back to these local charities:

Dreams in Motion
Missouri Valley Family YMCA
Ronald McDonald Care Mobile
Special Olympics ND - Bismarck

We are thrilled to be chosen as one of the beneficiaries for the 2022 Bismarck Marathon!
Fun fact: Our BIO Girls participants in Bismarck have been participating in the Bismarck Marathon SCHEELS 5K since 2017.
This year, BIO Girls has four locations in Bismarck: impacting 160 girls! This impact is DOUBLE what it was in 2021. Two of the four sites have seasons that align them partake in the 2022 Bismarck Marathon SCHEELS 5K this year.
BIO Girls has been a resource for nearly 500 Bismarck, ND girls over the years. Creating such a fun atmosphere to culminate their season means the world to these girls.
