Emily joined the BIO Girls team after she experienced firsthand as a mentor, the joyful and profound impact mentoring has on adolescent girls. Emily's passion for BIO Girls is fueled by her unwavering confidence in the BIO Girls mission and her desire to be a positive role model to inspire the next generation of young women to recognize their own strength and potential. 

Emily is a graduate of North Dakota State University with a degree in Marketing and has found her passion and purpose in the field of non-profit organizations. With over 7 years of non-profit experience with a focus on fundraising and relationship building, Emily understands the importance of support and resources in creating impactful change and is committed to fostering a world where girls are empowered to thrive. Emily lives in Fargo with her husband, Hunter, two daughters, Nora and Sophia, and a loving, loyal pup named Ruby. In her spare time, Emily enjoys reading, golfing, lake weekends and dancing in the living room with her family.
