BIO Girls Donation Refund Request Form

BIO Girls expects that all donors will exercise due care and diligence while making donations, however, it also recognizes that a donation may be made erroneously, or a donor may change their mind.

The following steps are required if you would like your donation to BIO Girls to be refunded. To view the full policy, click here.

• You must request a refund utilizing the form below.

• The request for refund must be received by BIO Girls within seven days from the date the donation was received

• If the donation was made via check, a standard 30-day waiting period for refund from the date of deposit is required. 

• If applicable, transaction fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

• All donation refund requests will be reviewed and approved by the BIO Girls Chief Operating Officer.

• BIO Girls is unable to process refund requests for donations made more than 30 days prior to receiving the donation refund request form.
