Capital Credit Union & BIO Girls

BIO Girls is proud to be supported by Capital Credit Union.

As a financial supporter, Capital Credit Union is empowering BIO Girls to continue our mission’s work in the communities we host programming in, many of which, overlap with the communities they serve. One of those communities being Bismarck, North Dakota.

In 2024, there were seven BIO Girls programs in the Bismarck/Mandan community!

Through those seven programs, BIO Girls utilized 83 individuals, who volunteered a total of 2,425 hours to bring the program to life. Thanks to those volunteers, there were over 225 girls who participated in the program. With BIO Girls’ proven programming, that equates to 158 girls with increased self-esteem and 113 girls with decreased anxiety.

Every BIO Girls program also dedicates one session to giving back to the community. These seven BIO Girls programs all completed a service project, including:

  • Birthday Kits for Dream Center

  • Blankets for Ministry on the Margins

  • Letters of Gratitude to Local Heroes

In reaching these 225 girls, BIO Girls provided $22,175 in financial aid to participants, ensuring no girl was turned away due to financial barriers.

Thank you to Capital Credit Union for supporting BIO Girls in making such a tremendous impact in 2024 in Bismarck.

Capital Credit Union’s support for BIO Girls doesn’t stop there.
