Stephanie Grosz

Executive Assistant

Stephanie has a background in graphic design and art direction, holding a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from Minnesota State University Moorhead. While her career in design has been fulfilling, she felt a strong pull to use her skills in a way that makes a deeper impact—especially within her local community.

A passionate advocate for mental health and youth wellness, Stephanie believes in the importance of building confidence and self-worth in girls from an early age. As a mom to two daughters, she’s inspired by the BIO Girls mission and is excited to be part of something that helps girls grow into their most confident selves.

Originally from small-town North Dakota, Stephanie now lives in West Fargo with her husband, Ken, their daughters, Addilynn and Ainsley, and their golden retriever, Daisy. In her free time, she enjoys running, yoga, hand lettering, hiking, traveling, and making special birthday cakes for her girls.

Our greatest fear should not be of failure, but of succeeding at something that doesn’t really matter.
